Rosemarie Mitchell has 25 years of diversified experience in business ownership and management. As CEO of ABS, Mitchell is responsible for strategic planning, product and service development, quality initiatives, and establishing the vision, mission and direction of the organization. Prior to co-founding ABS in 1982, Mitchell served as President of Creative Communications, a public relations firm she founded in 1978. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University. Mitchell serves on the Harris Bank Barrington Board of Directors and on the Board of Overseers for the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She is President of the Board of Directors for the Barrington Area Council on Aging and is a member of Vistage, an international organization of Presidents and CEOs.
Robert Koch has over fifteen years of experience in financial reporting and planning in the international banking and services industries. At ABS, Koch is responsible for financial management, forecasting and reporting, as well as positioning ABS for sustained growth. Prior to joining ABS, Koch served as Vice President, Accounting, Systems & Administration, for the Industrial Bank of Japan and as Manager of International Accounting & Reporting for Baker & McKenzie. Other responsibilities included supervising Treasury services as well as SEC reporting for various subsidiaries of a major financial institution. Koch is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. He holds a B.S. degree from DePaul University.
Thomas Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology covering a broad range of disciplines from applications development to sales and marketing management. In his current role as ABS' CTO, Mitchell is responsible for introducing new technologies that will enhance the firm's service efficiency and capacity. Prior to co-founding ABS in 1982, Mitchell was General Manager of Uarco, Inc., an integrator of accounting systems for the business enterprise. Before that, he was a Product Line Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation's Commercial OEM and Software Services. Mitchell began his career with Honeywell in systems and then sales for their family of main frame computers and services. He holds a B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston.
