Rolling Meadows, IL — ABS is pleased to announce that Thomas Rooney and Jim Mack have become members of the ABS Board of Advisors.

Rooney is currently President of MJR Consulting, Inc., and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Multigraphics, Inc., a $500 million worldwide manufacturer and distributor of printing equipment, supplies and services. Prior to MJR, he was elected President of the Filtration and Hydraulic Systems division of SPX Corporation, a $5 billion global provider of technical products and services. Rooney was responsible for several initiatives including increasing SPX Fluid Power's market share in Europe resulting in triple revenues, defining strategic plans to expand SPX companies, and negotiating 11 acquisitions worldwide with over $150 in net worth.

Mack was named Chairman of Frankel & Company in 2002, after serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Frankel is a well-known Chicago marketing services agency that includes among its roster of blue chip clients McDonalds, Visa, United Airlines, Target, and Nestle. Mack joined Frankel in 1978 as an account executive and has risen through various positions during his 20+ year tenure. In January 2000, Paris-based Publicis SA acquired Frankel joining the firm with one of the world's largest communications groups. Mack was responsible for several initiatives including acquisitions and identifying cross-selling opportunities for both new and existing clients within Frankel and the Publicis SA agency network.
