Rolling Meadows, IL — ABS Associates, Inc., a provider of outsourced helpdesk, desktop, managed hosting, and network support and services, today announced four new team members within its IT Solutions, Business Development and Administrative departments. Eldon Brown has been named the company's new Vice President of Technology; Aurora Stanton will lead ABS' sales team as the Director of New Business Development; Susan Belovich joins the firm as a Client Relationship Manager; and TJ Mitchell will assume the role of Manager, Administrative Services.

Eldon Brown enters his new role as Vice President of Technology with more than 13 years of management experience in the IT support arena. Previously at ABS, Brown served as a Senior Solutions Delivery Manager and most recently as the Director of Practice Development. In these capacities, Brown led the development of ABShelp™, the company's Web-enabled knowledge center, which launched in 2001. Brown is a certified support center auditor for the Help Desk Institute, where he also serves on the Support Center Certification Standards Committee. As an adjunct member of the computer science faculty at McHenry County College for the past six years, Brown develops and teaches computer science and leadership curricula.

Aurora Stanton is a seasoned sales executive with more than 15 years of experience in the information technology field. Since joining ABS in 2001, she has been the firm's leading sales representative, working closely with many of the company's top clients. Prior to joining ABS, Stanton worked at Comdisco in the leasing and disaster recovery divisions, where she held alliance and business development roles and worked with partners like Cisco, EMC, and Bellsouth. Stanton is a member of the local Help Desk Institute chapter and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.

Susan Belovich is the newest member of ABS' team, joining the firm in November 2005. As ABS' Client Relationship Manager, she will focus on deepening the partnerships formed between ABS and its clients. Prior to joining ABS, Belovich served as the Director of Channel Sales for the Midwest region for Fiberlink Communications; as Business Development Manager for Redpoint Technologies; and as the Director of ODN-Network Sales team for Comdisco. In these roles, Belovich garnered significant experience in business development, including direct and channel sales, relationship management and product marketing. Belovich holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and information systems from North Central College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Valparaiso University, where she also currently serves as a guest lecturer.

TJ Mitchell has been a member of ABS' administrative team since 1999, when he rejoined the firm to provide sales support. In his prior role, Mitchell managed ABS' depot repair offering, which generated more than $1 million in annual revenue. With over 10 years of experience in the IT services industry, he now takes over as ABS' Manager, Administrative Services, and will lead business activities ranging from sales support to purchasing to human resources. Mitchell holds a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and is currently a member of the Loyola University Family Business Peer Advisory Group.
