| Rolling Meadows, IL ABS Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Rosemarie Mitchell has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Harris Bank Barrington. Earlier this year, Mitchell also was elected President of the Barrington Area Council on Aging (BACOA), where she previously completed a two-year term as Vice President. "Barrington is a wonderful place to live. The community offers countless benefits to residents and businesses. I am excited about the opportunity to give back in any way I can," said Mitchell. "I've been involved with Harris Bank and BACOA for quite some time and am honored to be working more closely with both organizations." Harris Bank points to Mitchell's community and business involvement as a major factor in asking her to join its Board of Directors. In addition to the leadership she provides at BACOA, Mitchell also is a member of Vistage, an international organization of presidents and CEOs; serves on the Board of Overseers for the Stuart Graduate School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and is a member of the Visiting Committee to the Division of Biological Sciences and Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago.
