ABS Awarded Motorola HelpDesk Contracts

Rolling Meadows, IL – Building on 12 years of successful IT support at Motorola, ABS Associates, Inc. has been awarded a more expansive helpdesk management role serving thousands of users in multiple cities across the country. The decision was made in June when a major service provider encountered financial difficulty. Motorola implemented its contingency plan and immediately contacted ABS to assume responsibility for personnel resources and deliverables to ensure the smooth continuation of all managed services. The multi-million dollar agreement includes Level 1, 2, and 3 support for call center, deskside, software, hardware, installation, and configuration services.
The acquisition of the new contracts enhances ABS's position as a highly efficient, top quality service leader that provides a complete on-line and on-site solution for a diverse and dispersed IT environment.
