ABS Teams Up with TeamShare for Help Center Software
February 8, 2001
Rolling Meadows, IL – ABS is launching its new Web-enabled Help Center and has incorporated a suite of advanced productivity tools designed by TeamShare, a Denver-based software company that specializes in the development of web-based workflow management solutions.
According to ABS Operations Officer, Jay Schiele, "We evaluated several problem tracking tools, and the fact that TeamShare's tSupport™ rated 9.3 out of 10 in benchmark performance was key. It is scalable so that we can go from 500 to 50,000 seats without changes."
ABS will implement Phase I of the Help Center in the first quarter of this year and Phase II shortly thereafter. Currently the Company supports wired and wireless PCs, PDAs, net devices and their applications with on-line and on-site technical support. With the addition of a Web-enabled Help Center, ABS integrates the latest technology including Voice over IP, Text Chat, and Co-browsing and extends its reach globally to anyone on the internet.
Founded in 1982, ABS is one of the leading technology management companies and provides a full range of consulting, networking, web development, helpdesk, maintenance, and outsourcing services to major corporations throughout the United States.
