ABS Performs Helpdesk Assessment at Children's Memorial
August 7, 2002

Rolling Meadows, IL – Children's Memorial Hospital has selected ABS to conduct an independent helpdesk assessment study. ABS will compare current performance against industry standards and examine existing help desk strategy and direction, tools and technology, as well as staffing and skill sets. Our assessment team will identify processes within the helpdesk and desktop environments including call flows, staffing models, service level attainment, and call management and reporting. The project will consist of two phases and result in a deliverable that incorporates call metrics, conclusions, and recommendations.

"We are delighted with the opportunity to consult to Children's Memorial," says Account Manager Aurora Stanton. "Not only will we help optimize their current operations, but we look forward to establishing a long-term relationship that continues to increase user benefits, improve efficiency, and reduce cost of service."

ABS is a member of the Help Desk Institute and STI Knowledge (formerly known as Help Desk 2000).
