Rolling Meadows, IL – Chicago-based consulting firm Ennis Knupp + Associates recently awarded ABS Associates a three-year contract for its IT managed services program. ABS will provide web-based help desk services, remote and on-site level two support, network monitoring and support, and hosting at the ABS data center. ABS was selected after Ennis Knupp carefully weighed the qualifications of three other vendors on its short list.

ABS will use a combination of remote and on-site support to meet the service levels specified under the new contract. ABS's global knowledge center, ABShelp, is a key component of the services rendered and features "best in class" business processing tools as well as customized workflows, escalation procedures, management reports, and a multimedia Automated Call Director (ACD). The managed services program also includes desktop, laptop, and printer diagnosis and repair; 24/7 network monitoring and maintenance; and monthly systems checks. All servers and appropriate applications will be hosted at the ABS data center — a SAS-70 verified site with multiple layers of redundancy and security.
