ABS Inks Deal with Another Major Healthcare Industry Player

Rolling Meadows, IL – ABS Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent signing of a global pharmaceutical company, adding to its roster of international help desk outsourcing clients in 16 countries while also expanding its push into the healthcare IT services market. Under the new agreement, ABS will be providing after hours help desk support to the Netherlands based company, augmenting its own internal support team by troubleshooting and resolving help desk calls outside of standard business hours. ABS will also support the company’s Blackberry and other mobile devices, maintaining its inventory for express shipment in emergency situations.
Not only does the new business relationship expand ABS’s global help desk support capabilities, but it also helps to diversify its experience within the healthcare industry, which has represented a significant growth area for ABS. Other such prominent healthcare clients who have outsourced their help desk to ABS include the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Saint Anthony Hospital and Omron Healthcare.
